On Foot: Come along Griffeen Ave, to the pedestrian gate, we are the 2nd house on the right

By Bus: There is a Bus Stop for the 25X at the Pedestrian Gate, several hundread yards further up the Griffeen Rd towards Ballyowen Rd, there are bus-stops for the 25A

By Car: Take the roundabout off Griffen Ave, come up towards Tully Hall Estate and take the first left into Rossberry, follow the road around to the second last house on the left.
